So far they are good. However, I am still unable to feel any difference with the ANC on. And when the ambient sound is on, I get a zzzzzzz background noise at times..I prefer keeping both off.
I got my buds pro today. However, I didn't change the color and got the silver one. I really needed the black one. Is there a way to get the colors exchanged? Or can I get a black skin online which will work with the touch function.
I even wrote an email to Samsung customer care for which I got an automated response that the team will get back to me in 24 hours. It's been 3 days and no reply received. I believe even the executives have given up on when this offer will be redeema...
No update yet. I was worried that I am doing something wrong but as I see that this is an issue faced by others too, this is not the case. Let's see when Samsung updates the app.
