Try resetting the S pen1. Press and hold air actions on the quick panel.2. Air actions configuration should appear.3. Tap the 3 dot button (should be on the top right)4. Tap reset s pen and follow any instructions that appear on screen

I think it's a mistake of Samsung. Eventhough you get it as one UI 3.1 it's actually one UI 4.0. When you upgrade you will get Android 12.
