In my view, no samsung phone is best for gaming. Generally, they are kind of balanced devices. However, comparatively, S20 FE Snapdragon will be a bit better than S21 FE Exynos variant for gaming.
But for S22 series, it is mentioned as Nov 2022. However they received in October itself. So, not sure about the region timeline that is mentioned in the website over there.
