I cannot download any theme from Theme Store even after April-2019 update. The download link is not working after March-19 update. I expected it to be updated in the next update, but still its not working.... Very disappointed.
After I updated my device to the latest November Security Patch on Nov-11-2019, I removed all three previously registered fingerprints from the device. But since the I could not register any fingerprints till date. Waiting for fix from Samsung....

I think you are lucky not to receive November Update. After installing this update, many of the users including me, cannot reregister fingerprints. Before installing any futue update from Samsung, read some reviews at least.
