I did as @Keaton advised on 05/08 and I'm now on One UI 7. You'll need a computer to do it. It's fairly simple to do it, if you follow the every step of the instructions to the "t". I disclaim any responsibility if anything bad happens.

No as at 08/08/2025. My wife's A25 was updated to ONE UI 7 beginning of July.Next phone will not be a Samsung.
