Yes that can be tried. I emailed them a lot and even referred the service in india but they simply said they don't have any such policy here in Pakistan.

Sadly they won't do anything about it.

Almost one week.You will recieve a call in 2-3 days and they will only send after confirming on call.

I just wish Samsung could do a global update, as Pakistan is one of the last regions to get updates
