The new update is delayed due to two reasons:1. Samsung, as always, busy serving flagship phones customers. So budget phone customer will have to face the brunt.2. Samsung updates are buggy as always thus its always good to receive these updates late...
Internationally India is the 2nd biggest market with the greatest middle class. So which model is sold most doesn't give the full picture. It's different from country to country.
