Samsungcloud Data Sync Eror after Pie update. i update my device 26Feb & cloud still shows last sync update 26Feb... if manualy i try to sync data... last update still 26Feb

Every time I try to download a song or a photo off of the Samsung Internet browser, it keeps saying 'download paused'. I still have a lot of space and this issue is preventing me from getting any music or photos. How can I fix this issue???
