The One UI 3 android 11 update has already been released by Samsung for UAE but why hasn't it been uploaded on the servers yet and made available for update yet?
yea it's normal your phones security patch level is properly updated to 1st March 2021 which is the latest version Your phones Software is One UI 3.1 which is the latest version and your Google play system update is Feb 2021 which is also the latest ...
As you said the update was 1.6 GB the only logical conclusion is you would have got the OneUI 3.1 updaye ,And if you want to check your software version you can go to About Phone ->Software information and it would probably say One UI 3.1 now
