Why secure folder stopped working in j7 prime oreo versions I'm loosing my most important data and facing a lot of problems 

Why i button is removed from this option. It has become too much difficult to access app info in oreo versions please try to solve this problem I'm asking service centers for a year for this inconvenience but no single good response
