Hi my Samsung note 8 international version has a status bar drop down problem. it doesn't work with finger touch but works fine with s pen . it works when the phone is on the lock screen. No screen protectors applied..kindly elp

sir there is no screen protector ..did clear cache and also reset the phone as advised ...It's not working ..the finger touch status bar though works on the lockscreen ...rest of the pages only pen touch is working ..kindly anybody has any solutions....
