Teams call on work app is not connecting to handsfree using Bluetooth. Only speaker and phone option is listed. Other apps on non work section is able to connect handsfree.

Thats an issue with samsung and not app. App is behaving absolutely fine on other non samsung devices. Kindly inform your technical support to do rca and apply fix asap.
The issue is - bluetooth is not coming in Microsoft teams call on work profile app. It is available though on all non work apps. Suggestion given was to clear cache, which is also disabled as shown in screenshot.
