Why there is no android 13 and one UI 5.1 update for galaxy m31???It's there for m32, so why not for m31??

Am I the only one who experience several lag in galaxy m31 after one UI 4.1 and Android 12 update???This is very annoying.Dear Samsung, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please 
