What is this? It comes sometimes when I let the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S24 FE to turn off automatically. Is it a hardware problem or software problem?

Did you try it? Turn on the Eye comfort shield and dark mode and increase the brightness to maximum, go to settings and scroll , do you see any brightness increase - decrease?
