Is anyone facing dualapp whatsapp media download problem in Galaxy A52s 5g ?

My samsung galaxy A52s 5g screen is like blinking as if it refreshes suddenly. But that time I did not even scroll. It is happening for 2 days. Starts suddenly and stops after few moments. Checkd in safe mode but no improvement. Any suggestion..?
