The advice given is that this coverage is only for 1 instance. They have told me not to update software via notification. The best way is to take the phone to nearest service center and they will be able to update the software.
I got free replacement of screen only paid tax amount. They told my phone is 3+ years, but had invoice copy and luckily when I lodged the complaint it had still 1.5 months left to complete 3 years.
An update on the issue on Greenline after software update. Finally Samsung approved free replacement of display after doing all tests. I have to only pay the taxes.
