Restore data ,bookmark and tab in samsung internet

I've accidentallydeleted samsung internetbrowser after reinstalling again I am not able to restore mydata(history bookmarks,tabs etc) . I tried though samsung cloud but there is only sync option . Please give me a solution .

Every timei open samsung internet,it freezes for a while like 10 or 15 second.I've cleared cache and force stoped it but problem continues .can any one have solution for this ?it is so frustrating to wait everytime . help me please .

After July security patch update volte option has disappeared . Before It was working fine but from yesterday I can't find volte in galaxy a31 please help
