I currently own a galaxy a50 and it doenot seem to have camera api3 enabled. Will samsung enable this feature in future updates? Does anyone know if they have done so in any previous devices?

few days back i got a notification saying update has arrive for my phone. when i clicked it it said server or netwotk error. i beleive india has got the update. anyone in nepal got the update or anyone know about the situation?
