j7 prime nouget update in nepal

few days back i got a notification saying update has arrive for my phone. when i clicked it it said server or netwotk error. i beleive india has got the update. anyone in nepal got the update or anyone know about the situation?

connect your phone with a computer with net connection and install Samsung smart switch
then connect your phone with computer and then open Samsung smart switch and tab to software update

the nougat update is very good , but some time when I do net on & what's app getting messages fone going to much lagging . bad update... feeling cheated . Now what can I do plz help ...😲😲😲
