Go to the network provider's centre. Recently with my other device same issue was detected and the problem was with the SIM card. The chip on the sim card was damaged. So check that once.
I updated my device late due to the same issue. But now it's been 10-15 days and I am not experiencing any of those issues. I will recommend you to update your device to the latest update.
Few days ago I was facing the same issue. Try performing the wipe cache partition it may solve your problem because that's the only solution I got from the officials and other Samsung members as well.
