Received one ui 5.0 update

Hi, Im getting verification failed while trying to check upgrade verification service on MyGalaxy app.

My secondary phone not getting unlocked as i forgot my pin. How can i unlock it without losing data?  I dont remember neither Gmail nor Samsung acc details Im desperate for help.

Hi members, Already pre reserved galaxy s22 ultra. But so many thoughts in my mind. My options are S22 ultra if it comes with snapdragon chipset, iphone 13 pro or Galaxy flip 4.Any suggestions are welcome.
