Time to upgrade from my Note 10 plus

Already pre reserved galaxy s22 ultra. But so many thoughts in my mind. 

My options are S22 ultra if it comes with snapdragon chipset, iphone 13 pro or Galaxy flip 4.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Why note 10 plus mobile is not acceptable for exchange??? How can people upgrade if the phone is not being acceptable as trade in..

U can trade in at Samsung store as well. U can get min of 17k
