Hi,Why is Samsung's native call recording not supported when Wi-Fi calling is on (Airtel and Jio).Is this only me, a bug or not supported as of now?

I have this enabled, however, still not able to see notifications/ panel. Have to reach all the way to the top to swipe for notifications. Note 10+.Help will be appreciated!
