Why Carrier aggregation Feature Still not available in Samsung M51??

Not a single app opened in background, where this 3GB Ram Used??

Hey whatsapp tones are not getting silent in samsung M51...Anyone facing same issue??

I am using M51 which still runs on AUG security patch and 2.1 ONE UI.....While other devices Ranges below 20k running on OCT security patch and 2.5 ONE UI...WHAT THE HELL WITH 25K CELL??IT IS LOWEST CLASS CELL IN BIGGEST PRICE??

M21 gets security update for oct 20..While M51 still on Aug 20..M51 is premium M series device still didn't get Security update as well 3.0 One Ui.Why so??
