I found that my Note 9 had wifi keep on disconnecting which happened after the update of software on 28 Sep 2020. Seem like some drivers inside this update triggered the wifi disconnect and reconnect all time. This problem happened in a few occasion ...
Seem like my Note 9 has the same problem happened after update of software on 28 Septrmber 2020. I believed that some driver software inside the update triggered this problem. Your Note10+ use the same driver.
