S23 ultra current update one ui 6.1.1 spoils camera zoom performance from 15x to 21x in maximum optimisation settings...it shows blurry and ghost effect...pls fix it asap

I was editing portrait videoin gallery app suddenly it got crashed and deleted automatically ..I faced this situation early also .this was an important memorable video...pls help how to retrieve and to fix this issue
