Jip I agree, Cell C is wiping it's hands clean and Samsung is giving NO explenation why. Such a pity for a 10k (2024 price) phone that is hard blocked.
All the steps I followed, even a Factory Reset and a different network provider simcard with no luck of it updating. Busy communicating with my network provider. My model number might be blocked on their side to send it via OTA.
