remember make an external copy like on computer or sd card not in the phone ok and then reset

the main solution is to reset your phone but make a copy of your only images contacts and important documents nothing else

ok now i get it vould be due to some unusual site you have opened or some app you have downloaded on your phone from some other source other than play store.
