which email did you use to redeem the buds or a number to call

sorry to bother but how did you get the citd? I got my phone last week on 31 August and been trying to redeem the buds with no luck.

Same story here bought the phone on promo for the buds before end of August if I am not getting any response or link to redeem them by tomorrow. I am excersing my 7 day cool-off period by returning this phone
