I have cleared the data of the camera app and somehow it fixed the problem.I am able to anable the camera access without delay and can make payments without being stuck.Thank you everyone for your assistance.
I can't say for sure that, this works. Because I did that and now I restarted my device. That pop up message stopped appearing. And camera access module is working fine.Let's see if I get those messages again.
