Yeah this is tragic, but honestly, they are better than Google, that being said they should at least get their support sorted out and the updates sorted I literally wouldn't care about anything else for some time if these can be sorted out
That's Samsung SA for you, we don't get any of those good trade-in deals, updates take forever to come, we don't get beta, don't get any of the exclusive colours, some products we literally don't even get, and service is on par as asking a brick wall...
