I am not getting android 12 update on my phone. My model number is SM-N975f/ds. Whats the issues here?

is samsung galaxy note10 plus getting Android 12 update or oneui 4?
Is there anyone facing low sound in front speaker? I mean when I will make a call it sounds lil bit low. Also note that I turned the volume full sound.
