After the latest update, the watch is not tracking sleep data. I have updated the app but still not tracking the sleep data. Any solution?

Network is not registered on S22 Ultra since last Monday 29.1.24. I have tried to factory reset but no improvement seen yet. Due to that issue, no network is seen on phone. I'm unable to use internet and unable to make or receive any call.
