Then this can be a software issue. Now try booting your device in SAFE MODE. check out whether it is still coming or not.Or else Reset your device by backing up first.

Try booting in Safe Mode.Try inserting your sim card again, make sure you clean the sim card chip (gold colored).If still not working try inserting other sim cards of different companies. If still not visit to your nearest service center.
