Hi ,. I am facing the same issue, when unlocked sometimes screens freezez to black screen and again it is on the lock screen., this is happening in the frequent days. Please check this@samsung @samsungsupport #samsung @samsungM53
It happened after the software update. Please fix this next update. If need to switch audio to speaker we have a dedicated feature ( 5 fingers ) we can do it. No need to auto switch the speaker from Bluetooth....So annoying.
