The battery does not even last for a day with normal usage. I don't watch videos, just casual Instagram and WhatsApp checking. No video calls. Total calling time of less than 2 hours in whole day. Battery lasts only for 15 hours max. Location is off....
I confirmed from customer care on email and WhatsApp about the genuineness of the mail. They said, it is genuine. I sent the details to them on aseriescontest@samsung.com but didn't get any response.
I contacted customer care through mail and they told me that this is a genuine email. I want to confirm if the winners have to bear the GST as mentioned in T&C.
