Same issue for me. That policy came into existence six months back and was applicable to S20 to S22 series. Fortunate for S20 user but so unfair to S22 Ultra users. I am writing emails to support and their CEO. Lets see what happens.

Update: the display replacement was done for free till 31 Dec 23. Now they are charging 21k for replacement. Utterly useless. Time to swtich to Apple.

Same issue for me. Lets see what customer helpline say. It's a common which Samsung have acknowledged.
