Galaxy Watch under S10 pre book offer......delay in order fulfillment.

Ordered Galaxy watch on 15th March under S10 prebook offer and order is in approved status ever since. Tried contacting Samsung support several times but they do not have any information on this. Came to know about different stories from support viz, lots of orders and we are stock out, they are under production to meet demand, expected lead time is 30 to 45 days, etc. but no one responded with useful information.

Any one here who have received watch as pre book offer, if so then how many days did it take ?

It's the same here for me. Placed an order 7 days back still no update on the delivery. Called samsung customer care and they mentioned that the "standard" delivery time would be between 45-60 days. This is turning out to be a nightmare especially since we pre-booked and now get to hear that they cannot fulfill their side of the deal on time. This **bleep**!!

Wrote an email to Samsung India CEO handle day before yesterday, lets see if any positive update is received from his office. 2 days already, just received an acknowledgement that they will come back on this soon.....

Received an email today from eshop support that order is under dispatch process.......lets see when do they actually dispatch.
