My s9's ambient light sensor,proximity sensor stops working and again works after some time, i just had it repaired at ASC for the same problem but its still happening and i believe it has a software problem

I have seen voice wakeup in s8 and now in my s9 there is no such setting while i searched online they all have it, please help
