Kindly advise can this problem be solved by factory data resetting the mobile?

The last update on my mobile was in April 26, and since then I haven't received any updates. As you asked, my device is imported.

I'm already trying but problem still there, additional m using 4g mobile data services.

I have also implemented your suggestion but the problem is still there.

My Galaxy S25 Ultra is showing an error during the software update: Unable to update software. A network or server error occurred. I have tried my best to resolve this issue, but the problem still persists. Please help me understand how to fix this
