You would definitely need to show proof of purchase of the phone and typically that should be from within India. Not sure about citizenship, I think Samsung will be more concerned about phone ownership and where/when it was purchased. Also this issue...
Pls try to restart the watch once, or even the phone. That might connect it. Also there could be some difference as Watch 4 is not on Tizen but Google Operating Sys.
Bro u can show them enough Samsung emails that are on the web. These are internal service notifications which are mentioning that the Screen and Battery needs to be replaced
