lately have been facing laggard in the performance. There is a delay of 3 to 5 sec at times to execute a process. Factory reset done, Sd card changed but the problem still persist.
I have visited 2 service centre and they clearly said that they only address mobile phone for repair. No accessories are serviced nor repaired.I have checked for standalone battery if it is available online. But that too is unavailable.
Samsung online customer service has given me to understand that they do not service accessories nor repair after the warranty period (1 year). Hence I contacted this platform for alternate suggestion.
