Is One ui 16 update to a 55 5g released

I am using Kuwait based Samsung A55 5G mobile in India but it doesn't have auto call recording option. but in Indian model this function is working.. how can I enable this option in my Kuwait model

I am indian my brother brought Samsung a55 5g from kuwait but it hasn't call recorder. I want call recording function how can I update Indian version plz guide me.Or else next update please allow call recording option to my mobile
