For the past couple of days my phone sounds don't work at all. I'm able to play music but it seems all tones are muted. Cannot even listen to voice notes.I've already done a factory reset it and the sounds were working then until the phone fully res...
I did the reset settings and the problem is still there.I think it is one of the apps that is causing it but I don't know how to pinpoint which one. I could also be completely wrong but it's getting frustrating now.
The update was released in Korea and the rest of Europe even the USA. That was last month already so really what is their excuse for us not to receive it yet?
I'm actually really annoyed by this already. It is the premium S21 flag ship and other older models are getting their update before us. And no one can give a proper explanation except for the same opy and paste excuse that is always used.
