I purchased a Samsung S20+ on 10th March 2020 and the main reason I opted for this phone was that Samsung promised a promotion you get a free Samsung Galaxy Buds+. I registered on the same day on Samsung members and received confirmation.

Samsung has been absolutely pathetic during this lockdown. Takealot, Loot, etc all could delivery the Buds under lockdown level 4. I have been waiting nearly 4 months with still no real response on when I will receive it!
Be prepared for alot of frustration! I have been waiting for nearly 4 months and all I get is standard template responses from this site and verify@samsung.com
