Just strapped the watch to a ice water bottle a d that seems to be keeping it stable enough for me to troubleshoot but not a fix

Hi Tsogo, just did a hard factory reset and the watch switched on for a few minutes got super hot and shut down. So looking like hardware issue

The watch is great, only negative review is the plate covering the back sensor is very poorly manufactured. Feels like cheap plastic glued down whumich comes loose when u get hot or sweaty. Not a very good manufacturing point for a sports watch
