Does anybody have info on what Samsung is going to do about the Flip 5 phones? The screen protector is continiously lifting for no reason, and according to the Samsung service centre, it is a huge problem, one of many and have been escalated to Samsung HQ. The only response I get from Samsung is to have it repaired under warranty and after that, it will be for my own account. I am extremely dissappointed with this phone AND Samsung. NEVER had any issues with any of my Notes!
The thing about the Fold and the Flip is that they are still very much experiments, just good enough to be released to the general public so of course it will take many tries before they get the folding right to the point that the protector is strong enough to handle the folds as well as its supposed to.
It could be possible that the Flip 6 could be the one to do a much better job with the protector but as I said its a giant experiment that needs the public to be on board with so that they hear your cries for improvement.
