WearablesI had the same problem connecting my Galaxy watch w Samsung phone. Tried rebooting the watch, reinstalled the Galaxy Wearable app, used only mobile data and not wifi. None of these steps helped.
Then I have reset my phone's settings and it solved the problem.
A few more things that might have caused a problem : disconnected from VPN, unpaired another band that was connected to the phone, changed Wearable App settings to allow permissions.

WearablesVery frustrating problem. I turning off WIFI, uninstalled Galaxy Wearable, then restarted my phone. I reinstalled Galaxy Wearable, and it finally installed. Don't forget to turn your WIFI back on! :)
