note 9 gear vr controller

I have a Note 9 with Gear VR 325 with controller. It was working fine but lately I've been having trouble connecting the gear vr controller to the phone. Have tried unpairing. Any other ideas?

try connecting after uninstalling all oculus apps and redownload.

nah.. I had to do that for app crashes.. this is a hardware or driver issue.. got to have a better solution
