Earlier before receiving galaxy watch 4 update we were able to see current activity going on on home screen after coming back to home screen but that is vanished after the upgrade.
Also if i am on the exercise screen, it goes away and come back to home screen just after waking it up by touch or dial.
Is this a feature or bug. I always noticed things getting annoyed just after getting the upgrades. Be it Galaxy watch or phone.
Please consider these things and remove these in upcoming upgrade.

Path share log file: Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
